We’re passionate about recognising talent and nurturing future leaders. Many of our team began their journey with us during training and have gone on to secure permanent roles at various levels across the federation.

Governor Vacancies
Do you want to support children and young people, make a difference in your community and develop your own professional skills?
By volunteering as a school governor for Short Heath Federation you can do both.
We currently have vacancies on our Governing Body for Parent Governors and a Co-opted Governor.
This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our schools, ensure accountability, and help shape the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
