Equality Objectives
The school will publish and review measurable equality objectives every four years.
Examples may include:
- Reduce identified attainment gaps between pupil groups.
- Increase opportunities for pupil voice and participation.
- Improve representation of diverse cultures in curriculum resources.
- Improve attendance rates for vulnerable groups.
- Increase staff understanding of equality and inclusion through annual training.
Progress towards objectives will be monitored and reported to governors.
