Equality Objectives
The school will publish and review measurable equality objectives every four years.
Examples may include:
  1. Reduce identified attainment gaps between pupil groups.
  2. Increase opportunities for pupil voice and participation.
  3. Improve representation of diverse cultures in curriculum resources.
  4. Improve attendance rates for vulnerable groups.
  5. Increase staff understanding of equality and inclusion through annual training.
Progress towards objectives will be monitored and reported to governors.
